Over the years, I’ve aligned myself with and learned from some of the world’s top minds in endurance performance, sports science, and coaching. I’ve paired those lessons with decades of my own lived experience—so I not only know what works, but I know what it feels like to do the things you’re trying to do.
That’s why I care deeply about making your training not just effective—but sustainable. Whether you’re aiming for Kona or carving out five hours a week to stay fit, I’ll help you stay focused, stay healthy, and make real progress.

I also put a strong emphasis on the mental side of training and racing. Building resilience, confidence, and focus can be the true game-changer on race day.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve helped athletes of all backgrounds reach their goals—from first 5Ks and sprint triathlons to podium spots and Kona qualifications. I’ve coached:
