I still train. I still race. And I still remember what it’s like to juggle life, family, and training. That perspective keeps me grounded in the reality you’re living every day.


Over the years, I’ve aligned myself with and learned from some of the world’s top minds in endurance performance, sports science, and coaching. I’ve paired those lessons with decades of my own lived experience—so I not only know what works, but I know what it feels like to do the things you’re trying to do.


That’s why I care deeply about making your training not just effective—but sustainable. Whether you’re aiming for Kona or carving out five hours a week to stay fit, I’ll help you stay focused, stay healthy, and make real progress.


What sets me apart isn’t just experience—it’s how I combine the right technologies with practical coaching insight. I know when to lean on the data, and when to step back and coach the human being behind it.
I also put a strong emphasis on the mental side of training and racing. Building resilience, confidence, and focus can be the true game-changer on race day.


Over the past 25+ years, I’ve helped athletes of all backgrounds reach their goals—from first 5Ks and sprint triathlons to podium spots and Kona qualifications. I’ve coached:

          The Peak Performance Upgrade takes it further — combining your training with nutrition, labs, and health coaching. I coordinate your workouts around those insights so every part of your performance and health is aligned.
